This policy applies to BillGuard subscriptions. Stripe or Creem processes payments, and their payment records are authoritative for billing and refunds.
You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from subscription management. Pro access remains until the end of the current paid period.
Digital subscriptions are billed per cycle and typically are not prorated automatically. For duplicate charges, billing errors, or major service outage, contact support for manual review.
Submit refund or billing disputes within 14 days of charge with payment evidence. We will review and reply by email.
